LOCATION
The Saint-Émilion vineyard is a region close to the famous town of the same name, a UNESCO world heritage site, located on the right bank of Bordeaux. Saint-Émilion is an important Bordeaux appellation, producing some of the world’s most famous wines. The town of Saint-Émilion is as famous for its wines as it is for its architectural heritage. Vinification: This wine is made traditionally in stainless steel vats. The process is very long and lasts between 2 and 3 weeks. Once the vinification is finished, the wine is aged and devatted every 3 months.

COLOUR
Pretty garnet with ruby red tints.

 

BOUQUET
A subtle aromatic nose of almond and rose with a hint of red berries.

 

TASTE
A finish that is elegant and fruity whilst displaying light spicy notes.

 

SERVING SUGGESTION
This wine will enhance your red meats, jugged dishes, game, traditional veal chops as well as your cheeses and even wild strawberry tarts.

16 to 18 °C
